Cease Biological Fungicide is not labeled for Shot Hole disease. 
 
We would recommend treating with a Mancozeb active ingredient product such as Clearys Protect DF Fungicide. This is applied at 0.16 oz to 0.21 oz per gallon. Begin spraying either preventative at bud swell or a bud break and continue through the growing season, or curatively at the first sign of disease. Apply at 7-21 day intervals throughout the season as disease development conditions persist, or follow State Extension Service recommendation for specific disease control practices, provided the 7-day re-treatment intervals and application rates are followed.
 
Also, make sure not to water your plants from overhead, as it makes the disease worse. Be sure to read the product label and follow the directions completely.
