I wanted to find something to kill tall fescue and save my KBG, every one says round up, U.I. is saying that Chlorsulfuron will work for this grass. I see its not for turf grass but I'm just trying to avoid a almost full kill of my front yard.
We apologize, however we cannot recommend using Cimarron Plus Herbicide on your Kentucky Blue grass lawn as it is not labeled for use on any residential lawns. This product is for pasture, rangeland and hay fields only.
We do not carry a product that will take fescue out of kentucky blue grass. Unfortunately, they are so closely related that you cannot selectively remove it with any product that we are aware of. Your best option in this scenario is to kill the fescue with a glyphosate product such as Killzall Weed and Grass Killer and then re-seed with your KBG.
