Will Clearys 3336F Fungicide eradicate dahlia smut/black spot?

Answer:

While Clearys 3336F Fungicide can be used for leaf spot and stripe smut it does not list dahila smut and it appears there is not currently a chemical that is available to treat it.  I did find this article that might help.
