Will Cy-Kick CS be absorbed through the roots of my plants to kill leaf-eating insects?

No, Cy-Kick CS is not a systemic insecticide. You can look at using a product like Dominion 2L as it is a systemic product and will be taken up into the plant system from root uptake. Please see the product label for specific insects and application instructions.
