Demon WP Insecticide can be applied around water pipes located under sinks, in cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, etc when mixed according to the product label. This cannot be applied directly in sinks, tubs, or drainsl. If treating outdoors, you will want to use caution so that the treatment solution is not introduced into the gravel and/or pipe drainage system which may be located on the exterior of the foundation in close proximity to the footing of the structure.
