There is not very much of the active ingredient in each block of Ditrac All Weather Blox when a rat consumes it. A cat would have to either more than their body weight to be affected by the poison. Ditrac and other rodenticides should be stored out of reach of pets and children and used in tamper-resistant stations to avoid any accidentail poisoning.
