Drexel Diuron 4L Herbicide is not labeled for yellow flag iris, so we cannot say for sure that it would kill it.  Unfortunately, we are not aware of a product we carry that is labeled for yellow flag iris.  You may want to contact your local cooperative extension office to see what they would recommend.
