EndRun Herbicide with Trimec is not labeled for mesquite trees. Nightshade is a family of plants that includes tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, and peppers which EndRun Herbicide with Trimec should not be used around as this cannot be applied to any edibles. Fertilome Brush and Stump Killer can be used to kill mesquite trees. Cut trees down to a stump close to the ground and apply the undiluted product directly to the freshly cut surface.
