Eraser AP is a non-selective herbicide, so it will affect any plants on which you spray it. It is best to cut the grass and then spray the new sprouts. This may take several applications to completely kill the grass. If you physically remove it, be sure to dig deeply enough to remove all the roots so that the plants do not return.
