Rod from Sulphur Louisiana writes

Will Fahrenheit kill St Augustine grass?

Answer:

Fahrenheit Herbicide can be used on varieties of St. Augustinegrass, Bermudagrass, Centipedegrass and Zoysiagrass. Due to sheer numbers, all varieties have not been screened, so testing should be done prior to use on a small area to determine if your variety has tolerance. Some temporary discoloration can occur if turfgrass is under stress from lack of moisture, insects, disease, etc. Spot treatments during temperatures above 85°F may cause temporary growth reduction of St. Augustinegrass per the product label.
