Will Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer eradicate morning glory in a vegetable garden?

No, Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer is not labeled for morning glory (field bindweed). The safest thing in a vegetable garden area would be spot-treating with RoundUp QuickPro and/or hand-pulling the weeds when young and actively growing.
