Will Ferti-lome Soil Acidifier Plus Iron damage the foliage of plants other than roses, azaleas, berries? How is this applied?

I used a competitor's dilute acidifying solution before, and it killed the leaves of any plant it touched, including a rose bush. Does this product need to be applied directly to soil only, or can it be sprayed diluted over plants with a lawn feeder? Should i rinse the plant leaves after applying this product?

Answer:

Ferti-lome Soil Acidifier Plus Iron would be applied as soil drench only and not as foliar spray application. This product is designed for acid loving plants such as Gardenias, Roses, Azaleas, Camellias, Holly, Wisteria, Rhododendron, Magnolias, Fruit Trees, Vegetables And Others.
