Fertilome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench is not specifically labeled for webworms. It is labeled for leafhoppers and leafbeetles. You would need to use a foliar spray to control them like the Fertilome Borer, Bagworm, Tent Caterpillar & Leaf Miner Spray. The dilution would be 2 ounces per gallon of water and reapplication times with vary with the type of plant you are treating on. You can refer to the product label for your exact needs.
