Will Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone kill grass and flowers?

Creeping charlie in flower beds

Answer:

The label for Ferti-Lome Weed Free Zone states not to allow spray drift onto vegetables, flowers, ornamental plants, shrubs, trees and other desirable plants since injury may result.   It is only meant to be used on turfgrass areas.  For broadleaf weed control in flower beds it is best to hand pull from this area or very carefully spot treat with a non selective herbicide avoiding any contact with desirables.
