Globe chamomile or stinknet is an invasive plant only found in a few areas in the US right now, so it will not be on the label for Garlon 4 or any other herbicides at this time. Several articles do recommend using a triclopyr product such as Garlon 4 to control this plant, however. You can read more about this plant in this article.
