Will Hi-Yield Grub Free Zone III treat white grubs that I found in my freshly planted sod?

Squished quite a few of these grubs while I was planting the sod and worried they will kill it. I noticed in the description that it is supposed to be applied before they hatch, wondering if it will work when they are already big grubs. If not, what would you recommend?

Hi-Yield Grub Free Zone III is labeled for grubs but yes, you do need to treat before the grubs hatch. If they are truly active, the only thing that can be applied to kill them is Dylox 6.2 Granules.
