Will Martins Viper Insecticide kill chicken mites?

Wanting to spray a chicken house, but wasn't sure if it was effective on mites

Answer:

Martins Viper Insecticide is not labeled for poultry mites, nor is it safe for use directly on animals. However, Martins Permethrin 10% is labeled to be applied at 8 oz/12.5 gallons of water, 16 oz/20 gallons of water, 32 oz/50 gallons of water for poultry mites. You will spray 1/2 oz per bird or 1 gallon per 100 birds with a fine mist. Spray roosts, walls and nests/cages.
