There is a study from the University of Minnesota extension recommending K-Phite (phosphorous acid) to treat it. I believe that your product meets that description. I see nothing on the label about it.
Monterey Agri-Fos Systemic Fungicide is not labeled to be applied to basil. We do carry a product that can be applied to herbs for controlling downey mildew.
