I'm planning on tilling the soil and applying the chemical then within two weeks tilling again and transplanting tomatoes.
It is not recommended to till again after applying Monterey Vegetable & Ornamental Weeder as it may disturb the barrier/residual left. As long as the tomato plant is established, it should be fine but you may want to reach out to the manufacturer for further questions or assistance.
