Will Nuvan kill larvae?

Hi, we are using Nuvan to treat a persistent clothing moth problem. Will they kill clothing moth larvae when they are in their cocoon (pupae), or only when they are adults? If they only kill adults, what will kill the larvae and pupae? Thank you!
