Organocide 3-In-1 Garden Spray Concentrate is not labeled to treat for chinch bugs.  Please visit our Chinch Bug control page for the best tips. Please check out our grub control page as well. You want to use something like Milky Spore that will be worked in past the thatch  layer to the grubs.
