Pastora Herbicide is not labeled for torpedograss.  Most herbicides will only suppress torpedograss for a short time and are not labeled for use in pastures. It is generally recommended to spot treat the torpedo grass with a non-selective herbicide such as Round Up Quick Pro and then reseed or resod in the treated areas.
