Will Pennington Fast Acting Lime help eliminate bad odors such as a rotten animal smell?

Answer:

Pennington Fast Acting Lime is only used for raising the pH level in soil, it will not eliminate odors. For outside areas to help eliminate odors you may try baking soda over the area or best option remove the soil and completely replace.
