Answer:

Podium (Generic Primo MAXX) Plant Growth Regulator can be used on zoysiagrass but please note, this product is for turf growth management to reduce the frequency of mowing and the amount of grass clippings by reducing or vertical growth of warm/cool season turfgrasses. This is going to slow the growth, not encourage it.  For encouragement of zoysiagrass, using a balanced fertilizer that's formulated for turfgrass, with a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium (N-P-K) ratio like Anderson’s Turf Fertilizer 16-4-8. Fertilize 3–5 times during the growing season, from late spring to late summer.  View our Zoysia Maintenance Guide for more information.
