Will Quali-Pro Oxadiazon 50 WSB kill any of the little weed sprouts already up or just future weeds?

I sprigged my yard a week ago. I ordered this from you and should have it soon. Will this Is it safe around a grapevine and Cypress tree?

Answer:

Quali-Pro Oxadiazon 50 WSB states on the product label: For controlling Crabgrass, Annual Sedge, and Goosegrass to apply immediately before or immediately after sprigging. Oxadiazon is a pre-emergent herbicide only and will not kill any actively growing weeds, it will only prevent weeds from emerging if applied before they germinate.  It is not labeled to be used around grapevines but if safe around trees when used as directed.
