Ranger Pro Herbicide could potentially kill bamboo but there are other products that would better target that plant like some of our Brush & Stump Killers. No matter what product you use when trying to control bamboo you need to cut the plant down level with the ground and then use the designated product undiluted to paint/pour directly on the freshly cut surface. Bamboo roots run very deep so often you have to do multiple applications with a product and repeat the cutting and painting phase a few times to fully kill the plant.
