Will Southern Ag Lawn Weed Killer with Trimec kill spurge in St. Augustine lawns?

Answer:

Southern Ag Lawn Weed Killer with Trimec is labeled for spurge in St. Augustine turgrass (excluding Floratam varieties in Florida). Do not make applications to St. Augustine or Centipede when emerging from winter dormancy to avoid damage. Take note that damage may occur to these grasses if temperatures drop below 45 degrees within 72 hrs of the application.  For St. Augustine, apply at 1 fl oz (2 tbsp) per gallon of water per 400 sq ft area. For harder to kill weeds, repeat the application if necessary after 2 to 3 weeks. Per the product label, do not apply Review the full product label for more information.
