We do not recommend using Southern Ag Vantage Grass Killer as it is a grass killer and will harm a centipede lawn, and it is not labeled for broadleaf weeds like clover. We would recommend using Southern Ag Atrazine Weed Killer instead.  It is safe for use on centipede grass and will eliminate clover.
