Will Tempo SC Ultra kill all stages of fleas?

Having a major flea problem in my home, garage and yard. Have tried almost everything and it's costing a fortune

Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide is labeled to kill adult fleas in the yard but is not labeled to control the eggs, and it cannot be broadcast sprayed indoors.
