Will the AG liquid copper fungicide be more effective than neem oil for entomosporium on hawthorns?

I have been using the neem oil but I feel I am just fighting an impossible battle

Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide will treat leaf spot on some ornamental plants, but it is still only a contact kill. It is important to rotate modes of action when treating for diseases, so we would also recommend to rotate with a systemic fungicide such as Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate.
