Will the Giant Destroyer Smoke Bomb/Gasser kill insects and spiders?

Lighting one of these off in a machine shop with all the doors closed no pets to worry about lots of Black Widow babies and yellow jackets know you're not supposed to use it indoors got that will it be safe after the room airs out
