Yes, the Pyrethrin Fogger will kill fruit flies. However, keep in mind that foggers will only treat insects that are present at the time of treatment. For effective fruit fly eradication, you must identify and eliminate the breeding source. Keep in mind that you may actually have Drain Flies instead of Fruit Flies.
