Will this solve my neighbors bed bug problem as well as my own?

My neighbors on both sides of my house also have bed bugs....I am hoping this will take care of their problem as well.

It depends on how close your neighbors homes are to yours.  If they are within 300 yards, then YES, it will definitely solve their problem as well.
