Will this work for flies or ants?

I know it said not for food-producing plants but what about cucumbers and berries? Does citrus count? If can can’t eat it can my pet? If I did eat it should I email and wait for an answer or call poison control?

Bifen IT will control both ants & flies that come in contact with the residual. This product is not labeled to be applied to edibles of any sort. If you or your pet consumed edibles that were sprayed with this product, you will need to contact poison control.
