Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide does not list Common Mullein as one of the weeds controlled on the produt label. Fertilome Weed Out Lawn Weed Killer with Trimec Herbicide is labeled for Common Mullein. This being a difficult weed to kill due to the hairs covering the leaves that intercept herbicides and prevent them from entering the plant, control measures other than chemical are often used. Mowing can be used to inhibit flower formation, but if mowing is not repeated then rosettes will form other flowers. Please refer to the Application Table on product label for mix rates.
