Hi-Yield Soil Sulfur Is a soil conditioner and helps improve acid soil conditions. It aids in lowering pH in soils with excessive alkaline levels.  Its effective on the acidity of the soil will be completed 6 to 8 weeks from post-application.  If the issues with your rose bush are caused by acid soil then this product would be very effective for you.  If you are unsure what is ailing your roses you may want to have them diagnosed by your local master gardener prior to treating them with any products.
