Would the most effective time to set the Varied Carpet Beetle Traps Kit (10 Pack) be in the Spring when the beetle have grown out of the larvae stage?

Would it help to set these traps now in the Winter?

You should use the Varied Carpet Beetle Traps Kit anytime you see the adults. Since these traps are active for about 6 weeks, we would not recommend putting them out if you do not see evidence of carpet beetles or have immediate threat of an infestation.
