I first called, & the girl couldn't tell me what to use. Then I did the online chat, & was recommended this which works well. Very pleased. But people answering phones for help with recommendations should be trained. You have great,products. I've been buying from you for a few years.

I see a noticable difference treating the bugs. One of the best treatments. !!!!!!!

Have a pretty serious roach infestation. This product works well when applied directly and I notice that none of them seem to come back to this area. Also does not have a heavy smell or lingering aerosol affect.

I bought this months ago. It seems to be quite good. I also had the same problem that your other reviewer had. When I called the girl didn't know what she was talking about. She recommended something that was not to be sold in NYC, even though I told her I'm living in NYC. Her recommendation was not what I needed. I picked this on my own.Why bother calling for help when the employee doesn't know what she's talking about?
