It is an energy-absorbing bandage which takes in up to 90% more impact compared to Vetrap Bandaging Tape without affecting range of motion. It is intended to provide support or compression for bone injuries, as well as secure dressings to help promote quick healing. Equisport Equine Support Bandage's specific recommendations for use includes figure 8 splint bandage for higher degree of support, figure 8 support bandage, post-surgical bandage, rundown bandage, full limb or distal limb padded bandage, and more.
