Do I need to spray all sides of studs for the Boracare to Work?

We flooded from Hurricane Harvey. All my walls are open. Is it enough to just spray the inside or do I need to try to get the spray on the backside/ side facing the brick?

It is recommended to apply Boracare to all sides of the wood for best results.
