The ants were quickly drawn to this protein bait and immediately carried the granules into their nest. Seems to have worked as we are no longer seeing ant activity after a few days.

I had HUGE carpenter ants everywhere outside my house, around my deck and trees. After a couple weeks I didn't see any. Just saw one yesterday so I put out more bait.

There was a steady trail of carpenter ants between a tree and my house. I put this down for several times over two weeks and it never phased them.

I used many different ant products with no success getting rid of carpenter ants until I tried the Advance.The next day they are gone.I used the granules outside and the gel inside.I put a small amount into a little crack where I see the ants and their gone. this product is very good.

This ant bait kills those pesky ants that get in the walls of your home. It has no odor and is easy to use. We don't use anything else.

Haven't had any ants in house since I put the bait trays filled with the Advance Ant Bait and the Ant Bait Gel. I recommend all three products.

Since using the ant bait I have noticed a great reduction in the number of carpenter ants around the house. I am very pleased with the product and believe it works very well.

I have tried everything, and nothing has worked. This was the best thing I've ordered! Right away they started carrying it, next day.....many dead ants! Continued to see dead ants up to 3 days later. First day after, the trail coming in and out was gone! I am so pleased!!!!

Well I'm only on day two and I killed a queen. Not sure if I have more then one colony in my Home. But for sure killed a queen in 24 hours. I also put some around and on the tree in front. Don't know if I will get confirmation of the queen death as I got in my house. I mixed the bait with Max force seems like they ate this one first but who knows. All I want is the ants out of my house and tree. I will be placing repellent around my perimeter after I see no ant activity.

Very easy to apply around the perimeter of the house (in the rocks and crevices), but very hard to place on the plastic bait trays due to rather severe static electric repulsion: the bait literally flys away when trying to load and - especially - when trying to attach the lids. Some help for this problem would be appreciated. But, so far, using in combination with the gel bait, this product seems to be quite effective. The carpenter ant colony has been almost entirely eliminated after just two weeks. I will keep the traps loaded pretty much indefinitely to make sure the colony remains destroyed, as these menaces are active throughout our neighborhood.

Follow up. Going on three weeks, I have killed 6 queens in my home. The activity has slowed down, but I have seen some moving around in my living room but still some activity. I noticed some crawling (workers) around my foundation. I have ordered more granular bait and this time the carpenter ant gel. Hopefully this combination will kill them once and for all. I noticed a queen with no wings was on the move, I killed her dead so idk if I got all of them. Debating on getting my tree removed from my home.

Only worked for a day. Not sure if it was even this product that even did that. It may have been the weather. As I'm writing this my dog is running around me eating the carpenter ants that are trying to attack me lol. Have applied this product for over 2 weeks now consistently. Would not recommend.

This protein-based granular product is good for fighting ants in a mood for protein. I use it with the MaxForce Gel to catch both kinds of ant cravings. The Advance Carpenter Ant Bait has a bit of a fishy odor, but it's not terrible and the two cats seem to want to explore it, but I keep it out of their reach.

We had carpenter ants that were attracted to our Hummingbird Feeder getting into the nectar. Put a water bottle cap with Advance Carpenter Ant Bait near the feeder and overnight the ants were gone!

Simply spread the granular bait around the perimeter of the location and wait for the ants to pick it up and run headlong to their nest to share with others and....poof...they are all dead.

I can't believe the different ants that love this bait, whether I'm in Florida or Michigan it works on all sorts of different ants and my carpenter ants are almost gone considering I had a lot of different nests. Price is great to.

All I can say is, "Do not hesitate to buy this product, it WORKS!" We paid professionals $200 to treat the carpenter ants and within 8 weeks they were back with a vengeance. Why? Because carpenter ants are insidious and they will come back eventually if you do not treat them over and again until all are completely destroyed. The only way to do that is to do it yourself by having the bait on hand to immediately treat any new sightings. I saw Bayer Advanced Carpenter Ant Bait in the pest control man's truck so I searched and bought it from DoMyOwn. The bait is not available in any stores around here so I was thankful to find the DoMyOwn site and obtain it. The ants usually disappear within 24-48 hours but you can watch them carry the bait to their nest. Wonderful, effective product. I purchased this and the ants were really attracted to this on the first day. 10 days later and I'm still seeing ants and the pile that I put out to re-bait hasn't been touched and yes I bought the gel too and the ants have simply ignored it totally.

I bought a 8oz. bottle, poured about 2 oz. around the mound. 2days later I dug up the mount, not a single ant to be found. Awesome stuff, I highly recommend this stuff.

This product was effective. I collapsed seven carpenter ant hills at a rental house. Haven't had an ant sighting in the house since.

arrived quickly and within a few days, my ant problem was solved. I only used about half the container and most of that was left. Three places in the house and I put some in a paper cup with a plastic top with a hole cut in it in the yard. I never found the nest. I was glad it was not an aerosol. No odor. Easy to clean up what was left and I have enough to do it all again if I need to.

I used this as directed by the label to control carpenter ants that are living in my structures. I applied it in conjunction with the Maxforce liquid bait. Most of the colonies ignored the bait, but I did see some carried back to the nest. However, the bait failed to kill the colonies. I had similar results with my second application. To be fair, the other granular baits I tried before this failed to pique their interest as well. I was hoping the bait formulated specifically for carpenter ants would fare better.

I was hesitant prior to purchase because I thought this wasn't going to be enough for my house. 2400 sq ft plus basement. I used this in conjunction with Phantom and still have over a half of a container this small size left. Strength is impressive. Quick shipping as well.

Put out the bait in the evening and by morning it was gone. Repeated two days later. No ants now
