I am about 3 weeks into battle with a lot of cockroaches. They were all over the house to begin with. The gel bait is definitely making an impact because the bugs are slowing down and I now find a few dead bugs every day. I will still need to put some fresh bait out every day. Here's what I found: A lot of the bait goes to waste. I put down about a dozen baits every day. Only two or three seem to be feasted on. The rest are wasted. My approach is to put a small 1/4 inch drop on a 1 x 2 inch post-it note and place the post-it note with the bait in a path that I know the roaches have been spotted. I find that there are some favorite spots that get eaten every day, but the rest of the baits dry up and need to be replaced. The post-it notes can be placed on vertical surfaces as well. I am making a dent in the population, but I can see this is going to go on for quite awhile.

If you have a serious roach problem like I did ,this product is for you. I was amazed at its speed of effectiveness and the small amount I used to see immediate results. This is truly a product that does exactly what it advertises. Look don't wait any longer be done with the pest and use this stuff. I would have gave it a five star but I was pissed cleaning up all the dead roaches every day .

It has worked great so far! I live in an apartment complex where they don't take care of anything and the people don't care about it either!

We have a mild infestation which we believe resulted from our move - we had hitchhikers in the boxes when we unpacked. We killed every roach we saw coming out of the boxes there weren't that many that we saw but little did we know they were also in our appliances foraging for food at night and making themselves a home in our new home! We threw out our blender and rice cooker, but then we started seeing a roach on our cabinets every few days. Finally we decided we need to nip it in the bud before the problem got worse. So we're still waiting to see if the Advion gel is doing the trick. So far we've only seen about 3 roaches over the last 3 weeks. We also ordered the delta dust and IGR aerosol to make sure the problem is eradicated. Keeping fingers crossed!

So this is my 2nd order over the last 3 years. It was around 4 years ago we had one of our kids move back home and they brought some German friends, lol... So we called the exterminator after the Combat roach motels didn't seem to work. We saw a significant improvement after 3 pest control visits and stopped. 2 months later... There Back!@! But worse, everywhere... When we realized they were in the stove and refrigerator, I felt hopeless. I began researching everyday to deal with German roaches.. I did it all white roaches, baking soda, the little homemade ball things... Finally I came across Advion and didn't believe it, but gave it a try... I was amazed, watching them diminish and just walk out in the middle of the room.. they were seen less and less..I then moved to spraying Orthio Home defense as a second line of defense and finally after we bought a new fridge they were under control.. I mean it's Florida, so we see them here and there, and once I see more than 2 or 3 in a day I get the Avion out and do a treatment... It does work the best out of all treatments I tried!!! Really

I have spider problems. By problems I mean I moved into an apartment where I have seen 5-6 spiders since I've moved in but you've got to understand I came from a place where I never had a problem with spiders in my home. Anyway I purchased this because in casual conversation my downstairs neighbor said she was having roach problems. And I didn't want them bitches to travel upward. No ma'am. I haven't actually seen a roach in my apartment but I wanted to be proactive. I still have yet to see a roach here, dead or alive. And for that I am thankful. So for the price and your peace of mind doesn't hurt to try.

This stuff works really well . We saw results in as little as 24 hours. I strongly recommend this if you have a roach problem.

I have seen the roaches dying off, I've only had them a few months due to neighbors spraying without notice. In my case I think it would work better if I was to treat the yard as well, I think as soon as I kill the ones in the house the ones outside come in. I put all my houseplants outside hoping that would help.

I put the bait all around the house. And within a few days 1 dead roach then another, it looks like it is working.

This and vendatta are the two best otc you can buy,but you have to keep switching them so the roachs do not get use to it,simple,after useing up one brand switch over to the other, tube by tube

I think it's working. Before it was giant cockroaches now it's little ones. I think they're feeding off the poison. Just like the instructions say

Product: Advion Cockroach Gel Bait It was great at attracting the Cockroaches however at some point in time they would slow down on consuming the gel and it would harderian, thus I would have to move the bait. the bait worked for the larger cockroaches however for the younger or newly hatched cockroaches would not come to the bait. It works well, I still worry that they would become immune to the bait.

We have been seeing these nasty critters everywhere. I tried 3 other products with no success. We were seeing them in the day everywhere so we know we have an infestation. After applying advising have been seeing them dead all over my kitchen every morning. My only question is it looks like they are eating it then dying shortly after so that would mean they don't take it back to the actual colony??

My husband and I could hardly believe it. The Advion Cockroach Gel Bait worked like a miracle. My husband used it first on Saturday morning, 6/9/07. The next day most of the gel had been eaten off the back of our dog feeder (against the wall, so the dogs couldn't get it). That had been the roach's favorite hunting ground. I applied some more, and by that night they were, for the most part, gone. Today is Tuesday and they're GONE! I actually bought way too much, so I am going to help out two of my friends, who each have problems that they haven't been able to fix. I know that with one tube each, their problems will be over. It really is a miraculous product. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful product.

This stuff is potent. When we first moved into our new pad it was like a roach parade day and night. The exterminator comes every week and makes no difference. It's a ground level garden apartment which we love... but ants from one end, roaches from the other, then the spiders that eat them and the stuff that eats them and the spiders. So, get rid of the first two and the others go away. We began a regimen of baiting with Advion Roach Bait Gel, sealing off entry points, and spraying Permethrin and IGR in select areas. DeltaGard G granules were sprinkled around outdoor areas. We're continuing to use this gel but adding different gel baits into the mix to prevent "bait-aversion". The parades stopped. As each summer passes, we see them less and less. You can't eradicate them, but you can seriously knock them down and/or send them elsewhere. I can't help but wonder if the entire building is seeing less of them. This stuff, the IGR, and the sealing are probably the most important parts of the regimen. The residuals are for some areas outside the apartment which need some quick knockdown, like the garbage area and laundry room. We've had to use the residuals and granules less and less, I believe because of the baits and IGR.

I have bait resistant roaches in my area. I put this down with about 8 small dots on a 1"x2 index card in several areas of the home (I don't like gel on cabinets). About 2 hours later, the bait behind the fridge was gone, in cabinets around the home, gone, under the table gone. Advion Roach Bait Gel is the best attractive bait I have seen, it draws the bugs out and feeds them their last meal!! Buy the bait gun for easy control of putting down the dots.

I've never felt compelled to write a review like this, but here goes... After moving into my dream house I discovered I had a huge roach problem. Every morning when I snapped on the lights in the kitchen you see them scurrying everywhere. Even the exterminator coming several times brought no salvation. After reading the reviews here, I bought some Advion and went to work putting it out as recommended. The next morning when I went into the kitchen I was greeted by DOZENS of dead or dying roaches. I have not seen a live one in days. If you have a roach problem, look no further!

This stuff is AMAZING!!!! I tried several different brands of store brought bug spray. Several different types of roach baits. I was getting up in the middle of the night to spray the roach infestation in my kitchen. Nothing even put a dent in the roach population. After ONE (yup one) application of Advion.....NO ROACHES!! If you have a German cockroach problem, BUY THIS STUFF!!! It really really works!!

This product surpasses by far other roach gels on the market. Only minutes after drops of this product were utilized roaches were observed eating it. The small needle type applicator is excellent in order to get behind kitchen furniture and/or crevices. Within less than 24 hours you will start seeing the results. This stuff is like chocolate for german roaches.
