The product is a little weak for 1 gallon of water. The roaches are dying very slowly and the big ones should be dead already. We are willing too give it another shot but going to try doubling up on the mixture too see if that gets rid of the roach's. There still maybe a chance for your product yet. Hang in there!

My new rental

I just moved into my new place. I seen sitings of roaches and I knew that I didn't want my landlord to use repellent or a fogger/bomb. I believe that's what was used before I moved in. I've used Advion gel in the past before and had great results, but this was the worst experience that I've ever had at a new place so I wanted to spray too. It came I. In a good time frame. After spraying some areas, I still saw a roach or two, so I decided to do a more thorough spraying, inside and outside, walls/floors/ behind cabinets and appliances and put out sticky traps and gel. It's been a week and this is the first week that I haven't seen a roach!!! ???? I will keep spraying every few weeks for good measure.

Product works as an insecticide, but I found it hard to mix. It comes as a fine dry powder which needs to be mixed. A lot of foaming when trying to mix the solution. Also the powder clumps up even with ample mixing. After cleaning out my sprayer I found clumps thay did not dissolve. Never had a problem with other products here before.

I am not a fan of spiders or better yet any bug that did not receive an invitation to my home. THIS STUFF WORKS! The directions are easy to use and once its sprayed around your home that's it, until its time a 4 to 6wks later. Just sit back with a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy life.
Whoops - patience needed

At first I thought maybe my insecticide had expired as it did not seem to work. I'm use to ants dying immediately when I spray them and this is not the case with this one. After several days I was disappointed to see all the ants still roaming the area - but within a few more days there were hundreds if not thousands of them dead - and I mean dead all over the place. So you need patience for this to work - not one for immediate gratification.
