After months of use for sanitization and then BP100 application (Approx. 100 hours) my B&G Portable Aerosol System PAS Commercial is now sputtering and providing inconsistent liquid flow. The air flow is consistent but liquid flow is on and off.

Started using only for sanitization and then for BP100 application. We have since used 70% alcohol , and Tengard solution. We saw it as a major investment and have been flushing and cleaning after each use. We have tried switching out the brass tip inner piece of the tip and checked the filter in the back of the handle

We contacted B&G regarding the issues you’re having with the B&G Portable Aerosol System PAS Commercial and were advised that the answer to your question and the use of alcohol and insecticide together requires a bit more of involved answer. B&G also advised that sputtering is usually caused by a clogged tip or coiled hose but could be other things as well. Please contact B&G directly for assistance in troubleshooting for your B&G unit.
