Waste of money

The nozzle broke on me within three weeks of receiving it. I purchased a replacement pack of nozzles about two months ago. The first time they sent me the wrong part number (a bag of gaskets). I sent a photo of the nozzle along with a restatement of the correct part number and restated the part number and they tried again. Another long wait and what arrives today? Another bag of gaskets. I bought a replacement nozzle for the one that broke immediately after purchase. It's been about ten weeks and I still don't have a functioning sprayer. The take-away? I paid $200 for a broken toy and a company that can't get me a part or even figure out what they're shipping. My $38 garden-variety pump sprayer still works just fine, by the way...
