It contains cold pressed, organic flaxseed oil along with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) which are derived from plant seeds to supply equines their minimum requirement of fat to achieve optimum health. Wheat Germ Oil should be top dressed or mixed with normal feed ration. As a general rule of good feeding practice oils should be introduced gradually.
Horses: 1000 lbs. total body weight, feed 1 to 2 ounces daily. Horses 500 lbs total body weight feed 1 ounce daily.
