This grass seed is fast growing. In one week grass was sprouting. In a couple of weeks it was ready to cut it had grown thick.

I live in northern California. This grass seed is easy to work with. I mow my current lawn as low as I can get it. I apply grass seed over the top and water. It comes up in a week. Looks great all winter.

Easy online ordering with delivery. Grass is growing nicely. Biggest test will be starting in July, when my Seattle west facing lawn dries and dies. I’m hopeful
