Ants entering through shower drain...

Pest ants comes up through shower drain

Answer:

The ants that you see near a drain are often there because they have come into the house somewhere else and found the moisture there. So you would not want to use insecticides inside a drain or tub, but you can use the bait stations in our Indoor Ant Kit near the edge of a tub, on a counter, or anywhere else in the bathroom where you see trails of ants.

This kit includes two kinds of baits so that you can appeal to either food source the colony may be looking for (sweets or protein). There is also a residual spray called Temprid Ready Spray that you can use in areas where ants may be likely to enter or trail to help prevent further infestation.

You should check around the plumbing and any other wet areas for moisture issues/leaks or spaces where ants can get inside the bathroom as well.
