    How much Aqueduct Soil Surfactant in 100 gallons of water to get the surface tension down to 32 or so?
    Also, do you recommend this for fairways and rough?

    Aqueduct Soil Surfactant does not give rates/instructions for using to lower surface tension.  Rates are based on the area you are using.  Please refer to the product label for complete instructions.  It does list Greens, Tees & Fairways on the label as well but not roughs.
