Are all three active ingredients (Lambda-cyhalothrin & the IGR's) in the Proflex encapsulated?

It would be good if there was a constant release of both the IGR's with the Lambda-cyhalothrin. So...are they are encapsulated or just the Lambda-cyhalothrin like a Demand CS?
